Android Is Starting Optimizing App Marshmallow

Got the marshmallow update this morning, phones been good for about 14 hours and now all of a sudden while updating apps the phone re-started and has been re-starting ever since. it goes through boot-up screens to the "hand stitched" screen and then shows me a small message indicating it is optimizing 1 of 27 apps like it is doing an upgrade, it will sit on that for a few seconds and then the. "android is upgrading, and afterwards it came optimizing application 1 of 158", later came as starting apps then tecno will come and the upgrading starts again for more than 24 hours. i need a solution to stop it and have access to the phone. i cant do anything with the phone so please give me the right solution. Note: -guys this is the fix for optimizing app issue on any android phone.now as far as what i know about this issue, this issue is caused due to many reasons such as a corrupt file in your boot.
