Obviously, mine is due to the android system. my tab is running lollipop 5.1.1 and i can no longer update this system. this problem eats between 2 and 5% of the battery at start-up and there is no way for me to "uninstall" this like an app.. "android is upgrading, and afterwards it came optimizing application 1 of 158", later came as starting apps then tecno will come and the upgrading starts again for more than 24 hours. i need a solution to stop it and have access to the phone. i cant do anything with the phone so please give me the right solution. Your question can actually be interpreted a couple of ways: (1) your device is displaying “optimizing apps” on every boot; or (2) the “optimizing apps” notification is displaying after an update or a factory data reset. in any event, i'll try and answer this question under either scenario..
