A lot of people seem to be getting stuck at 98% while installing the pubg mobile version through the tencent gaming buddy app. i have found 2 solutions that seems to work. 1) try disabling the antivirus while installing the app. 2) remove the txgamedownload folder in the temp folder and then reinstall the app..
